Lovely accommodation, very central and exceptional facilities. The owner was very helpful, and the instructions were very clear. Would highly recommend it, and I'd definitely stay again.

The steep narrow stairs were a problem, my my mum in her 70s struggled with her limited mobility to get up them at all. I also struggled carrying several bags and luggage up the stairs sideways. Due to even more stairs up to the lounge without anything for her to hold onto after the rail at the top on the corner, we were not able to use the lounge on our stay at all. As I had booked some time ago when we first arrived we didn't actually realise there was a lounge! I then looked on photos and investigated and when I opened what we had thought was a storage cupboard and there were stairs! Maybe a sign on it would have helped us! I would have liked a blind or curtain at the kitchen window, I felt very overlooked whilst in the kitchen as the window was open to other neighbours and the roadside. I also felt very overlooked in the front bedroom from all the neighhbours directly opposite, maybe a blind or net or some kind of screening would have been good to have. We only found one teaspoon in the drawer and we found some sauce was spilt inside the drawer in the tray when we opened it. Also had to try several times to access the WIFI as on the board it looked like b, I tried 6, then b and neither worked, seems it was a b and a 6, but they looked the same on the board. It was the first thing we did on arrival after seeing the board on the table, before reading further notes in the book. There was a very strong smell of damp when we first entered the property too in the hallway at the front door. In the kitchen I could also smell a slight dog odour. Maybe some kind of air fresheners would have made it more pleasant :)

The property was very comfortable - nicely decorated and furnished - the living room in particular. We were there only a couple of nights but the kitchen seemed to be well kitted out for longer stays. The location was good - quiet and also close to the town centre. Parking outside the property was easy.

The first set of stairs when you enter the property were a bit of a surprise - and quite steep. Probably not suitable for the very young or old. We had also expected a garden but there wasn't one.

Loved the cosy atmosphere, beds were comfy and bathroom was great. Easy to use kitchen with everything you need.

The weather wad too cold to make use of the garden

Very clean and comfortable. Great location close to town. Will definitely stay here again.
