Rustic Beach House

Noisy floor boards esp annoying for persons sleeping in downstairs rooms

The location was perfect, the view was incredible, and overall the property was clean and tidy. The space was bright and light, the furniture comfortable, and it had most of the necessary utensils and cookware. The hosts were lovely and easy to communicate with.

For the price, since wifi is available, one would expect that would be included and not charged extra. There were only two toilet rolls available for 8 people over two nights which was not enough. Some items/fixtures in the house needed maintenance or were broken and we had to fix them ourselves. Although the property advertises the use of a sleeper couch/additional sleeping space, there should be additional bedding, pillows etc available/easily accessible without us having to ask. There should be more serving spoons, cutlery and cookware.

The Rustic Beach house was comfy, warm & homely. It had all the facilities we needed & more. The rooms were spacious & adequate. The kitchen was spacious & had all the homeware, crockery & pots we needed. This was the perfect accomodation for our family getaway & it made our stay more memorable.

The wifi was inadequate... It didnt reach downstairs so we couldnt stream movies on the television.

The house is very cozy and offers everything you need for a nice break away. Would stay there anytime again

Its not a train smash (and not a lot of money) but to charge extra for Wifi...

Loved it all. The breeze, the ocean sounds at night and the house!

What's not to like?

We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony in the mornings. The house was pet friendly and we walked from the house to do Rod's Trail hike - it was the perfect house to spend time with family!

Not a complaint but just to note that the house has wooden flooring and the kitchen is upstairs while the majority of the bedrooms are downstairs, which did mean everyone was up early because it is near impossible to walk quietly on the floors.
