Clean, spacious and well-equipped. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely location and super views and walks from the property.

Main bedroom has a damp smell to it, extractor fan perhaps not as effective as it might be. The jacuzzi bath was enjoyed by our children, however one full bath took all the hot water so we had to wait for a while before we could get more hot water.

Everything. The space and tranquillity. Ease of access. Abundant kitchen facilities. The helpfulness of the hosts. The jacuzzi. The cat! Can't fault the accommodation experience.

The Conwy Valley walking guide in the accommodation. Very poor direction across multiple walks. Use Google!
