"Really comfortable beautiful cottage in a wonderfully peaceful area."

The cottage is in a rural peaceful location that even in the rain was beautiful. We are all looking forward to coming back and enjoying the garden and surrounding nature in the sunshine. The cottage is a really cool oldey worldey comfortable place to stay. It felt really warm and comfortable to come back to and had all amenities that we could want as a family. The location is great as it is minutes away from numerous places of interest within the New Forest. Tbh you can just walk out of the gate and enjoy the area or walks right from the door.

No issues or problems or complaints at all.

Great location, nice house, well decorated with good standards, car park available

Ceilings can make the property a uncomfortable if you are over 6 feet. Host let us know in advance so no complaint about that. Heating was a bit confusing and not centrally controlled.

Beautiful cottage and garden and it was immaculate. Lots of space, bedroom each, warm, cosy, everything we needed was provided. Quality furniture and furnishings, lots of quirky little signs around the place for daily inspiration. Loved it here and would definitely book again. Location fab! Wild horses and donkeys roaming past and opposite every day and very near the lovely Hatchett's Pond. Lovely quiet and private spot.

I loved it all!

"Delightful period cottage"

Amazingly cute property, full of quirky features, if ill-suited to anyone 6ft or taller. Wonderful location for exploring the New Forest, or visiting Beaulieu.

Broadband speed isn't super, mobile signal patchy but can improve a short distance from the property.

Very cosy. We’ll equipped kitchen and good, modern bathroom.

It really does have low ceilings! probably not suitable if you are over 6 foot.
