Only banging my head on door frames and beams - but all part the the experience!

The cottage was spotless, super cosy, warm and welcoming. We had everything we needed for a short stay away. The owner was extremely helpful and super organised. We received detailed instructions prior to arrival so that we could check in seamlessly, which after a long drive is exactly what you need.

Good position everything clean and well prepared, well equipped. Nice enclosed safe garden would be good for children. Very quaint and pretty with walks from the door and ponies.

The downstairs bathroom and the steep stairs make it tricky if you need to get up in the night! And you need to be able to bend easily to get into bed in the main bedroom. This is not a criticism just noting for other older less bendable people to be prepared!

The cottage is so welcoming. Very clean and comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The front room and bedrooms are cosy and warm, with additional throws/blankets for those colder evenings. Very quiet setting, set in a small village filled with very friendly people. Our host Sam was very helpful and welcoming before and during our stay We came away in late March for a late Mother's Day trip, and there was so much to do and see within the surrounding areas, and we found some wonderful eateries

I loved everything about the place. The ceilings are low, especially upstairs, but just mind your head We had no network coverage to make calls but was able to connect to WhatsApp & the internet with ease
