The location was good and the facilities in the apartment (laundry, dishwasher) were great.

The four floors of stairs were horrible, especially with suitcases. While disclosed it was still not enjoyable. There is also a nightclub on the floor of the building which wasn't ideal. Biggest disappointment was being charged EUR20 leave our luggage for the day after checkout. This was not disclosed in the listing and the host didn't reply to messages about it after the fact. The truth is this additional charge would have meant I didn't book this accommodation, especially with the lack of an elevator.

Très professionnel. Accueil compréhensif et sympathique. Emplacement dans le vieux Nice idéal. Nous reviendrons.

We loved being in the old town and only a block or two from the beach. Fabulous location for walking around, and still quiet at sleep time. Plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay.

It would have been nicer to have basics like salt and pepper, and cooking oil available in the kitchen. Four pillows for the bed (instead of only two) would have been more comfortable for us. The thin towels felt rather skimpy. The shower door doesn't close completely, so water escapes. None of that would keep us from returning, though.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la parada de metro , a menos de 5 minutos de la playa, hay muchos restaurantes y bares al lado , mucho ambiente, hay un mercadito súper chulo de frutas a flores , el apartamento súper limpio, había de todo , para sentirse como en casa , todo muy limpio y mucha luz natural , tal y como en la foto .me gustó mucho volveré segurooo

Sería bueno unas cortinas más oscuras para dormir um poquito hasta más tarde, y algo para insonorizar el ruido que viene de fuera.

Location. The only downside was the stairs to the apartment- quite a lot and steep. Not easy to carry a suitcase up.

L’arrivée !! Quelle a été notre surprise quand , en arrivant dans le studio , le ménage n’avait pas été fait !!! Nous aurions compris si nous avions été prévenus ( auquel cas nous aurions pu comprendre et faire un tour en attendant…même si nous étions arrivés un mercredi et hors saison….) mais être devant le fait accompli avec les détritus laissés par les anciens voyageurs devant nos yeux , ( photos à l’appui ) c’est vraiment un manque de professionnalisme !! Pour autant , l’autorisation de débit pour la caution avait déjà été fait !( ce qui ne m’aurait pas choquée si la prestation avait été vérifiée avant !!!) De plus, la réponse donnée par l’agence a été «  mais c’est normal puisque le ménage n’a pas été fait !! » Arrivés dans un appartement non nettoyé…sans en avoir au préalable été prévenus … c’est tellement normal !!.. La prochaine fois nous conseillons à l’agence de vérifier avant de faire monter les vacanciers … ça éviterait ce genre de mécontentement…. Un retard de ménage peut être acceptable si on n’intègre pas le studio non nettoyé … Le reste du séjour a été très agréable car le studio est très bien placé et est très coquet . Nice est vraiment très agréable !

Showerhead wonky and quite a climb to the fourth floor. But still worth it.
