Bilderna visar helt rätt hur det ser ut i lägenheten. Bra skick och utrustning. Skön säng. Underbart läge.

Lite svalt trots luftvärmepump. Jobbiga trappor men att lägenheten låg högt upp innebar också att det var tyst.

Appartement très bien situé dans le vieux Nice et à 2 pas du parking saleya. Tous les équipements nécessaires. Tout est pensé, jusqu’au petit sac cabas pour aller au marché. Le lit est confortable.

Il manquerait un canapé pour pouvoir se poser.

excellent location. The actual apartment feels spacious and well equipped, nice decor and very clean. thank you 😊

quite a few stairs to the apartment and no street parking. but this is the same for 99% of stays in Nice so not really an issue just good to know for planning.
