The owner was rude Unable to park our van was told we could park down a side lane for £40 extra for two nights only Shower was cold Said we made a mess after we left but we only stayed about 2 hrs before leaving to stay at the travel lodge

The lodge was clean, well equipped. it is located in a very quite area, 20 minutes drive from Brighton, and 60 minutes to London. The staff was welcoming and offered suggestions for a nice places to visit

Lodge was private well laid out and comfortable

We were not told prior to arrival that we could not access the grounds and fishing ponds that were advertised as being accessible to guests. Complimentary tray UHT milk was 6 months + out of date. Advised on arrival that no heating as they had no heating oil.
