"Best weekend in Northern Ireland!"

We stayed for a weekend but I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was so cosy and we were welcomed by Jan who had left us lovely homemade wheaten bread and jam and butter! The view of the Mournes is stunning and we had everything we needed... A well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, reallllyyy comfy bed, cosy living room and more! We would definitely come back!

My daughter and I loved the homliness and peaceful cottage. The views from the lovely cottage windows at the mournes and countryside in every room. , Beautifully bright,clean to an excellent standard and the hospitality was so welcoming . My 8yr old daughter and I loved the wood burning stove the large kitchen living room and bedroom . Jan is such a lovely welcoming host. My daughter and I felt at home as soon as we arrived.

Not anything we didn't like. The only thing I would reccomend is either a curtain or blind at the back kitchen door. I plan to hopefully have stays in January and February time would make it extra cozy feeling.

It was just fabulous super cosy comfy wonderful location views pub within walking distance Jan was so nice I honestly couldn't fault the cottage in any way

"Marvellous Mourne Mountains retreat 😀"

Absolutely brilliant 👏 only a little drive from Newcastle and you have this amazing view of nature with the Mourne Mountains.

So rural yet not too far away from the seaside town of Newcastle, plenty of choice to eat out and numerous places to visit

"Perfect for some peace and quiet close to The Mournes"

We loved Tuck Mill Cottage, everything that we needed for a relaxing weekend close to The Mournes, Beautiful views, very peaceful but not too far away from shops in Newcastle or Castlewellan. It is very cosy, loved the fire and the very big comfy bed! The welcome pack was lovely, as was the Wheaten Bread, very nice touch indeed. We would love to return again.
