Well presented accommodation, excellent location to explore the peak District. Walking distance to a pub and farm shop. Lovely friendly welcome from Karen.

Shame about the weather.

It was clean, all the facilities worked, very comfortable and warm. Good, safe, parking spot on the driveway. Owners were friendly and very helpful, particularly when I couldn’t get the washing machine to work… I hadn’t closed the door properly.

A tiny thing - it was rather difficult to find the entrance to the driveway in the dark, a small light would be helpful, perhaps a solar one.

We were looking for a property on one level as one of our party is almost 90. We were visiting family who live within a couple of miles of Cutthorpe so Woodview Lodge was the perfect location. All we can say is the Lodge was perfect for us: clean,cosy, and excellently equipped. Karen was extremely helpful to us. As far as we are concerned our stay at Woodview Lodge had no negatives and we will definitely return next time we visit family. Many thanks for everything.

Beautiful little find in Derbyshire ideal for visiting local attractions. Well maintained and had everything we needed. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The property is in a lovely village setting and had everything you could want for a family break away. There was a nice garden area at the back and a small patio area at the front. Parking off road. Two pubs in the village. The Three Merry Lads, a short walk from the property, served lovely food at reasonable prices, but check their kitchen opening times. The property owner, Karen, was in contact during our stay, checking all was well.

Absolutely spotless accommodation in a fantastic location. Karen was a fantastic host and could not have been more helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

It was lovely and clean and the host were very friendly. It felt like home from home & I was staying with family/friends. Location was brilliant with two great pubs within walking distance both of which you could take your fur baby with you. And in the heart of the Peak District! What more could you possibly want. ❤️ Would highly recommend to both friends and family and will definitely stay there again if I'm up that way.
