it was all fantastic

Close proximity to the beach restaurants

Bed was very uncomfortable, carpets and flooring needed a good hover

Sea Shore Lodge was modern and well equipped. Location was excellent... so close to Avon beach, restaurants and the best fish and chips! Sandhills Park was quiet, clean and well managed with helpful staff. Really enjoyed live entertainment provided in bar on Saturday evening.

Sea Shore Lodge is promoted as high end, so disappointed to find aspects of cleaning in lodge way below our expectations. It was made clear in advance towels were not provided... but neither were other textiles such as teatowels, dishcloths, bathmats, oven gloves. Other basic essentials like toilet rolls and soap were also missing.

Keys was in a lock box and code sent to us which is a great way to do

lovely location, right next to the beach.

it was very quiet in May… all local places had stopped serving food by 8 pm so would have been good to have known that.

a lot of money with no gratuities to make you feel welcome , no soap in bathrooms, no welcome basket NO TOWELS I know that was mentioned somewhere in the details but if they are washing bedlinen surely a few towels would be easy. the bedlinen was awful thin see through bobbled sheets clean but stained not appetising
