Pinegrove flat

It is a good location for the town centre and has easy parking.

I think it is slightly overpriced as the outside of the block of flats let's it down. The hot water pressure is not good. The flat has been tidied well but could do with some extra finishing touches to make it feel more homely. We moved on to another property in another part of Scotland and the place is a lot cheaper and has so much more going for it. Especially the lovely welcome pack and available goodies that we had left to use. This really made us think again about the flat and what was missing.

The flat was is a great location for us, short walk to town centre and to a great trail (Cow Hill). It was clean at first glance and the kitchen had almost everything we needed.

There was some stains at the back of the blackout curtains that seemed to be mold. Curstomer support was a bit patchy, it wasn’t possible to communicate with the owners via the booking.com messaging service despite them sending me messages there. They replied to email sent to their email address quickly though.

Location, price

Main door to block could not be locked. Entrance area was a bit “unloved”

Property was very clean and quiet. It was also onveniently located for Fort William and had plenty of car parking.

There was no freezer or ice box and the hot system was inadequate supplying only a trickle of water.

Good Location - great view . Easy parking . Spacious , well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds.

Shower temperature was hard to control. Hot water needed frequent boost and was very low pressure.
