The location

Uncomfortable bed: mattress bigger than the bed. The bin was not collected in the bedroom before arrival and the heater system was no intuitive to use. Furthermore, the heater on the bedroom was falling of the wall so we didn't use it.

If you were infirm or bad at walking this place is not for you. Steep hills

The matresses in all beds were for the bin, The springs were digging into back. The tap in kitchen was dripping.. The smell of damp from kitchen hits you as soon as you go in. We could not cook because of this. The sofas had no comfort to sit on. As you walk into flat there is a lot of rubbish to the left hand side. Lazy take it to the dump. Overpriced for what you get.

Close to the centre. Easy drive to Ben Nevis. Everything in kitchen working. Shower worked. Not near a busy road so quiet at night.

Nothing for the price

I liked everything about the property. It was clean and well maintained with all facilities one could ask for. Will visit again for sure.

Fantastic view from the saloon window, cozy interior in the saloon and the flat has everything you need for a short holiday trip to magnificent Scottish highlands! The kitchen was filled with coffee and sugar and overall we had a fantastic stay. We were lucky to arrive when someone was on-site just finishing preparing everything and handed us the keys, very convenient and much appreciated 😊

Everything was amazing, but I’d like to share a little bit on the comfort zone: We couldn’t figure out how the hot water heater works in the taps and had to use cold water. Hot water was only available in the shower with quite low water pressure, so no relaxing longer hot showers after long hiking in the mountains 😜. The bed mattress in the main bedroom was crooked on one side. The bedding provided was from synthetic, non-breathable material what made me feel sweaty all the time and resulted in having trouble breathing, sleeping, and finding comfy position for thermal balance 😅. This could be potentially an easy, quick and cheap fix 😄. But I’m aware this might be only my subjective experience and don’t think it’s a biggie when it comes to deciding about place to stay!
