Thuring's Holiday Bungalow

Very cute stay..and friendly owners!!

We were picked up by Arthur (despite a delayed train) and had a short journey back to the homestay. It's in a great location, a short walk into Nuwara Eliya and easy access to Lake Gregory. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. Arthur was great at helping arrange some laundry for us and giving us tips on the area. We only spent one day there but got a full tour of three different tea plantations and some waterfalls. The breakfasts were traditional Sri Lankan food and both delicious )dahl one day and milk rice the next). It was a great last stop before our holiday came to an end in Sri Lanka!

They were extremely friendly. The stay was very comfortable and cozy. It was very clean. Felt like i was in my home. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Neat, spacious room with attached clean bathroom. Host took care of all our requirements: Room heater, dinner and breakfast according to our choice. We had homely food that felt friendly with the gut. Checkin and checkout experience was quick and seamless.

Just as FYI: Approach to the place is on a steep road, so if you are reaching by night, that might feel little tough.

This hotel is clean and wifi works. Warm water comes out. I am very happy about that. It's cold on the day I stayed There are blankets, but it's even better to have a jacket. I stayed at this hostel for three nights because I liked it. It's on the second floor, so you can keep it safe. thank you so much :)

Very comfortable home with cosy rooms and planty of space to hang out in the common area. It felt like home. Very good shower too. Also strongly recommend to do the day trip with host to Ramboda and to Blue Field Tea Factory. We had very satisfying stay

We stayed here after a day in Horton plains. There is not so many eating places around on foot. This a family run place. The place is clean maybe our cleanest hotel in Sri Lanka. There is a mosque not so far is you want to pray or be awake at 05:30.
