Cleaning price - $120 - is a bit high when you only stay for a few hours.

It was cool to stay in an actual home in a traditional Philly neighborhood. The people living in the area were very friendly and inviting to this Cowboys’ fan.

We had to park our car around the corner, but it was not hard to find a spot.

Perfect location for visiting our son a couple blocks away. Very comfortable living room furniture, big bathroom, well supplied with the basics of shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Bed was very comfortable.

We were there for a longer stay, and cooked a lot at home. Kitchen storage was challenging. Denise was kind enough to buy bowls, measuring cups, and spoons before we arrived.

Really nice place to stay. Clean and very well kept. Owner was very accommodating and answered questions almost immediately. Would really consider using this place again if I needed to. Surpringly very quiet neighborhood.

The neighborhood looked questionable but was surprisingly quiet. Parking is very limited. Can only park on one side of the street. Most streets in the area are all one way. Must be careful when driving.

Property was nice and comfortable… the rating is because my car was keyed right across the street about 20ft from the property. I asked for footage but haven’t received it and well I would just recommend if you book at this location be careful and aware of this!!!

Good location. Only about a 10 minute walk to the metro station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very comfortable inside. Everything is updated.

Very little parking. When we first got there we had to park a couple blocks away. Later on we were able to find a parking space on the same street.
