Cozy Home located in a prime area.

Nice, cosy apartment fitted for a family with kids. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, easy to follow instructions for check in

It was a bit pricey

Everything honestly. It was clean, cozy, in a nice neighborhood which was perfectly situated between the downtown area and the ballpark. A 10 minute walk to the metro station was all it ever took to get wherever we needed to go in the city. Took the car out for anything beyond that. It was clean and we got great sleep all 3 nights. We will definitely be back!

The 2hr parking yielded a ticket once but honestly, it didn’t even bother me. $26 bucks I consider a parking fee. Would’ve been at least that at any local area hotel for daily/nightly parking for each day.

Place was very clean. Tvs in living room and bedrooms. Large bathroom and kitchen. Friendly people to deal with and we were minutes from everything we planned on doing. There were bottled water in the fridge. Beds were made and extra touches of decor with towels on bed ,comforter draped over chair etc.

Toilet seat doesn't stay up, making it hard for gentlemen to urinate. Steep narrow steps to go to bedrooms without railing in portion of it. There was a strong odor of either cleaning product or spray that I had to take an allergy pill. Parking is not private.

When we looked around the area, we decided not to stay, four months ago our car was stolen in Philadelphia outside the property we rented. Therefore, we decided not to stay because we were looking for something better than the last visit and it was definitely not a prime area. It also advertises that it has private parking and should specify that it is on the street, since we went to look for a "P" parking lot as advertised and there was nothing near the property.

Very comfortable and quiet accomodation near the downtown. Every bedroom has a tv. We were very satisfied with it

It really is the little things. The house was clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed having the little snack box the owner left for us. It really came in handy when we returned from our concert

PARKING, PARKING, PARKING or the LACK of parking, should I say!!! It was not easy unloading in front of the home bags for 5 women. And there was no where to park. We literally ended up having to go around the block and park on another street that wasn't even the street we were staying on.

Great location! Quiet street and the neighbours were super friendly when we were coming and going. Very clean and comfortable for 4 people.

Kitchen was very sparsely appointed. There’s nothing that adds to the ambiance of the place ~ it’s tidy and clean but has little character or warmth. It has a fancy towel set in the bathroom with a sign saying that we were not to use those towels and ruin the display which seemed quite silly. Parking was a little challenging but not impossible.
