Wonderful location; great views; good price; comfortable beds; lots of facilities in the kitchen; everything was very clean; nice terrace; welcoming basket of fruits (sadly there were no drinks - wine, water, juice - and no local cake for us that all of the previous guests luckily had, though). We loved to see the neighbours across the street working in the sugar cane field every day during our stay, joyfully singing, whistling and also waving to us :) And their cow was cute too. Nice and friendly neighbourhood!

House was cold and damp (in wintertime), there was no heating system. There was one small electric radiator in both of the bedrooms, but that was not enough to heat the whole house. Extra blankets and warm clothes needed! No washing machine in the bathroom. Didn't find one in the house. Maybe it was behind the door that was locked - there was a room we couldn't get into. Very difficult to wash and dry clothes.

Beautiful house, modern, in excellent location, tidy, clean and fully equiped. The beds are very confortable and the hosts are very nice and considerate 🥰

Exceptional stay in a wonderful house with excellent facilities. Particularly liked the BBQ and obviously the view. A car is highly recommended, because although the #4 bus goes past the house, we could not work out the route. Alternatively a taxi is €8 from Ponta do Sol. The Levada Nova is only a couple of minutes away by car, and the walk along the valley with views across to the better known levada walks is spectacular.

A spacious home with everything that's needed. More than fully equiped kitchen (including a dishwasher and a juice squeezer). A two bedroom apartment (home) with a bathroom and an additional toilet. A spacious living/dining room and a terrace with a magnificent view. There even is a garage and a grill for guest use. The hosts left fruit and wine to greet us. A lovely touch. Although we never had a chance to meet the hosts in person, they were very helpful answering all questions and making recommendations through Booking.com App. Definitely a place to stay at and to return to.

Like everywhere in Madeira driving uphill takes some skills. :)

Nice house well equipped in all respects. Garage available. Supportive hosts. Fruit bowl available on arrival.
