"A great stay at the Old Post House"

We loved the location and cleanliness of the accommodation. The Host Caroline was so helpful and provided some nice welcoming foods and other packages including a lovely bunch of flowers. Would definitely recommend the Old Post House to anyone who would like to experience the real Fort William and its history

A few miles outside of Fort William tucked on a quiet street made for a great base to explore the area. An easy 25 drive to the Glenfinnan Viaduct; 10 min drive into Fort William; 5 min walk to Neptune's Staircase and the walking path along the canal. During clear weather, views of Ben Nevis can be seen from the patio. Our host, Caroline, was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again next time in the area.

Nous avons apprécié le cottage. De plus nous avons eu du soleil et pu prendre l'apéro sur la terrasse , la place de parc et à 10h30 nous avons vu passer le Poudlard express.

Der warme aufmerksame Empfang mit Prosecco und vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Sehr gemütlich und die Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht. Zu Fuß zu den Neptun Staircases. Sehr sauber.

"Fantastisch eigen huisje met veel gemak en privacy."

Heerlijk eigen huisje in Fort William!! Alle gemak, veel privacy en een fantastisch bed. Een super ligging t.o.v. Glenfinnan en Neptunes Staircase. Fort William zelf is makkelijk lopend of met de fiets te bereiken. Host Caroline doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Warme ontvangst met veel extra's.

The property was super clean, and equipped with everything. It was perfect for 2 people in a great location. The hose is so friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The property was perfect.

Sehr süß eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, super nette Begrüßung mit selbstgemachten Scones u Pancakes u Marmelade, eine Flasche Sekt mit Keksen stand bereit...nicht zu vergessen frische Blumen, Hausschlappen....sehr gemütlich. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Eine Terasse mit Sitzmöbeln ist auch vorhanden, wg Nässe von oben (Schottland!) bei uns leider nicht nutzbar. Alles in Allem absolut empfehlenswert!

There was such a perfekt care package for us when we arrived. There were scones and pancakes with homemade jam. The cottage is in such a cute location perfect if you are with a car or reliant on public transport. There are many hikes that you can start from the cottage or by taking the bus.
