Location. But, I will not choose to book the place again because they need to care enough to up keep the place to benefit their guest. The owner is just waiting for that place to totally fall apart. It needs repairs. It will not even break the bank if they do maintenance.

La ubicación es buena, delante del 9 cloud con muchos restaurantes alrededor.

Los servicios de la habitación fueron lamentables, de 4 dias que estuvimos, 3 se fue la luz varias horas y como pudimos observar luego, es un problema recurrente desde hace años que no han solventado. En la ducha el sistema de calentar el agua no regulaba bien y te podia salir muy caliente o muy fria de golpe.

La habitación estaba limpia y correcta. Está cerca de cloud 9 y del puente de Catangnan, dos sitios bastante chulos y que se suelen visitar con frecuencia.

La luz y el agua se iban constantemente, muchas veces durante varias horas. Aunque avisases al personal del hostal, a veces parecía que se lo tomaban a broma y hasta que no les pedías que llamasen al servicio técnico no hacían nada. He estado leyendo varias reseñas y esto parece llevar pasando bastante sin que le hayan dado solución. En caso de tener la imperiosa necesidad de tener que reservar en este sitio porque no haya otro hotel u hostal libre en la isla, evitad a toda costa que os den una habitación en el segundo piso. El sistema de agua está tan mal diseñado que no llega suficiente presión a esa planta, haciendo que se te corte constantemente el agua o que salga con muy poca presión. Por si esto no fuese poco, nos hicieron pagar 500 pesos más por hacer el check-in antes de tiempo, estando la habitación ya lista. El sitio no es barato y desde luego no vale lo que pagas.

The staff on the premise were friendly

The host was unresponsive to messages and missed many calls, the place was dirty with sand all over the room and dirt on tables, garbage under bed upon arrival with things broken like the toilet seat was broken off, some of the lights didn't turn on, the shower head holder was broken. Its very disappointing and feels like the owner does not reinvest any of the earnings from the hostel into maintaining it though many of the rooms were booked. Our flight originally got cancelled and moved to the next day and most inns and hotels will make exceptions to refund you for your days missed as a courtesy for the situation being out if your hand and I asked kindly if this was possible as I had documentation from the airline specifically for the hotel and I wasnt even met with a “unfortunately we dont” he just completely ignored my message and ignored the time i said we would arrive the next day and the staff were late to the premise from the time they were supposed to be there. Feels very much like capitalist scam. Please take care of your business.
