Good, comfortable accommodation nestling within a delightful stream side location with surrounding bush, and very close to city centre, the sea and Pukekura Park.

Nothing ‘not to like’. A food bin (as neighbours seemed to have) would be useful. Attention to some squeaky doors would be appreciated.
