Huatoki Hideaway Peaceful Central Location

Comfortable beds with good linen and well appointed Kitchen. Amazing setting with stream at the bottom of the garden. It was pre heated on arrival which was appreciated.

The bathroom could have been warmer, with perhaps with a door to the toilet. The cold metal dining chairs could be improved with some cushions.

Good size, comfy beds, and the hosts had made sure the place was lovely and warm when we arrived

Booking through booking.com there were automated emails that weren’t relevant (to do with payment) which was confusing and a bit frustrating

Nice and quiet, secure location, with a lovely garden going down to a small creek. House was really well heated, and shower was great.

We self-catered so breakfast not applicable Location was handy to town if you have a car, some care needed parking. Very pleasant kitchen/dining/sitting room and an efficient heat pump.

There is a gap between the ceiling and wall in the toilet which allows dust and dirt to fall through onto the floor, (maybe due to critters in the ceiling or just the movement of an older house)

Fabulous location, close to town but very peaceful. Warm house. Great shower. All appliances were modern and worked well.

Nothing was bad - the layout was great for two people but the toilet in the bathroom would make it less appealing for sharing.

Surroundings and outside space lovely. Good location close to city but quiet and peaceful.

It would have been great to have an outdoor electrical socket to charge electric cars. Some difficulty with shower head as spraying in wrong direction.

Very tidy, good large tv and easy to connect the laptop for movies. Very naturish which we loved and nice outdoor area.

Sheets had that plastic-like feel that you get in some motels, great mattress for my back though :) Not completely private but not bad, it was fine for us and I'm sure a trully private location so close to town would be near impossible.

Location to walkway was great and an interesting walk in to the city. Quiet and peaceful environment. Laundry facilities perfect. Kitchen /dining areas were very satisfactory. Well set out and very comfortable property

We did have difficulty getting the TV set up for use but managed to sort it out for our use. Not having the basic channels readily available was inconvenient.
