Lovely property, nice and clean, very well equipped and comfortable

Very easy to get the doors to the pool unlocked and open, fine for older children but was a little bit worried with my autistic son as he cant swim.

Fully equipped, heated pool, great contact with the owner with prompt response and reaction

The villa is in a lovely quiet area about 20 min walk or 5 min drive from the sea front. It's clean, comfortable and the outside area was just ideal! There's a beautiful heated pool and bbq. The house itself is clean and spacious. We arrived with our 2 "kids" (19 and 12) and my parents .. There is a cash diplo across the road with anything you need for the week. Food, meats for bbq, drinks, fresh bread, toiletries etc.. We had a car which I think we needed, although a taxi from the airport and back would have cost almost as much and it gave us the freedom to explore the island. Carol was easy to deal with and we collected the key with no issues. The pool was cleaned half way during our stay too which wasn't necessary but still much appreciated. Would love to go back to this villa in the near future.

There's nothing really that I didn't like. I've read other reviews saying the villa wasn't cleaned during their stay and there weren't enough towels or toilet roll. There were 6 towels and a pack of toilet rolls which was just fine for us. We didn't mind shopping for ourselves!! There was a washing machine and a clothes airer so everything was dry in a few minutes. If you want 5 star treatment book a hotel with cleaners 😀 10/10 from us

No safe available, outside furniture needs updated, door handle in bathroom broken, cracked shower door not enough towels. Pool needed cleaning midweek and messaged the contact but no one turned up

Lovely villa in a quiet area. Everything you need for a nice stay. The beds were very comfy and the air-con was very welcoming. Lovely outdoor area with sunbeds and a spacious pool which had the sun on all day. Great space for outdoor eating with table and chairs. There is a small shop across the road which stocks all your essentials.

Would have liked an instruction book with things like WiFi code, instructions for appliances and important numbers etc. Also a welcome pack would have been nice but not essential. I would have expected a change of bedding and towels and a clean during our stay as we were there for 2 weeks. Also better communication with the owner as we were talking through booking.com which was annoying and were only contacted 3 days before leaving to go home with a contact number for any problems.

Good size, nice pool, very clean & well kept. Had everything we needed.

Location was a little too far out of town, and nothing much by the way of shops & restaurants around.

The size and space inside and out. Pool area was fantastic. Plenty of sun loungers. Pool cleaned half way through visit. Kitchen was well equipped, and a great bbq area. Bedroom storage was great. Nice quiet location. South facing location. Overall modern decor.

A few maintenance issues need to be rectified. More towels are needed. Would have liked a general information pack on the villa (Wi-fi, air con use, refuse details, exit expectations) All minor things, but they would add to the overall enjoyment.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a little worried about my stay but I need not. The villa was beautiful, clean, good location and great value for money. The owner Carol was fantastic. We had a really windy day causing a lot of sand covering the bottom of the pool. The next day Carol had the pool cleaned. Any issues we had Carol sorted straight away. The BBQ was great which we used a few times. The villa is about a 20 minute walk into playa Blanca centre and Dorada beach. There’s a small convenient store over the road from the villa and a cash and carry a few minutes down the road too. We also found a Spanish tapas bar/pub around the corner that was lovely too. It doesn’t look great from the outside but is a must for the food. I would recommend this villa and will certainly be visiting again. Thank you Carol for making our stay wonderful.
