The cutlery is old and was limited. Need utensils and pots and pans

Geyser didn't warm the water properly for showering. We had 4min of warm water before it turned cold for the whole of our 3 days stay.

I had my privacy. Good security. Very nice setup with pool and BBQ area. The hosts was very friendly ad responded quickly to a number of requests I made.

Not much I can complain about. Since there are no plugs in the bathroom, maybe a extension code should be provided to ensure electric shavers can be easily connected.

The property had a nice splash pool. Lined was also clean and fresh. The unit is actually two separate units and makes sleeping arrangements and privacy a bit better. These were about the only three things we liked about the place.

On arrival, one could clearly see that this unit/s haven't been painted, maintained, or revamped for many years, It was very dirty inside and we had to buy Bathroom/toilet cleaner to clean the bathrooms and toilets. Almost all cutlery and plates etc had to be washed as it was all dirty, but packed away>? The shower mats were the worst, and we took all of them outside and used our own towels as bath/shower mats. There were no dishwasher tablets or powder, we had to wash everything by hand. The air conditioners were not working (tripped the main switch all the time) and we were SO uncomfortable trying to sleep and therefore slept badly. During the day we had to "flee" the unit and went to Kruger etc...just to have aircon in our car, although this was NOT our plan. In general, it was one of the most disappointing places booked via Booking.com so far (and we use them all the time). No mosquito screens, a generally very dirty unit, noise from the main road (Olifants), and all the above made that we will never book or recommend this place to anyone. We communicated this to the lady that brought and fetch our keys, she made excuses for EVERYTHING and did not listen to us at all. A pity we had to bring our Australian family to Marloth Park and find this (nothing as on the pictures and website). The 3 reviews it had on Booking.com and no reviews on Google should have been an indication NOT to book this place, but we left on short notice and this was available. BIG mistake.
