Vira Señor House

This is the best place we have ever stayed as a family. Firstly I would like to thank the hosts for such a lovely welcome to milos and really just making our stay so perfect. They provided everything you could possibly need and more, the homemade olive oil and wine and water in the fridge upon arrival was extremely appreciated as well as individual tote bags with beach towels. The house was beautifully furnished and the rooms were lovely and spacious, the air con worked well and even had a quiet mode! However for us the best thing about this house was the location. We were able to walk 20 minutes every night to the beautiful Mandrakia village and swim at sunset at Tourkothálassa beach, this was brilliant! Walking 20 minutes in the other direction took us to Plaka were we had great meals and were able to watch the most gorgeous sunset from the top of the hill. The house is also 30 seconds from a bus stop and just under 10 minutes walk away from a big shop. We also walked to Fyropotamos beach, a must visit if you’re on the island! This walk was around 40/45 minutes. We would also like to extend thanks to the excellent cleaning service, after long beach days it was a delight to come back to an absolutely spotless house! Nothing, everything was perfect my only point for improvement would be to add a bigger chopping board to the kitchen inventory. This place is seriously 10/10!!

Property was very close to Plaka, where there are plenty of stores and restaurants with amazing sunset views. The apartment was very clean and cleaned daily! Friendly host with lots of knowledge of where to visit and what days.

Streets are tight, but that is most areas on the island so that should not be a deterrent to stay at the property.

Comfortable, good location, quiet

Bathroom a bit small

The property was amazing. We had everything we needed inside. It was a little tricky getting used to driving up to the house but once you did, it was fine.

The air conditioner in the second bedroom was a little finicky. Sometimes it works sometimes it did not.

Perfect location to explore Milos. 25 min. walk to Plaka. Very friendly and helpful host, he provided all useful information. Very clean and comfortable house, well equipped with all necessary household appliances. Private parking space which is priceless in Milos. As a farewell we received small presents, which was a very kind gesture. We enjoyed our stay at Vira Senor House and will definitely be back for our next vacation.

Extremely warm welcome in a lovely house, close to everything by car. Great value for money and the kindness of the owners is absolutely remarkable.

We got unlucky as there was a heat wave while we were there and the ac in one of the bedrooms broke while we were there, they were very responsive and helpful nonetheless.

There were lovely thoughtful touches in the property such as tea, coffee, honey, milk, and bottled water. The host gave so many helpful directions and maps for my stay and each day the apartment is freshened up.

The only mild drawback is the shower is a handheld piece so if you have long thick hair it does make things difficult. It was also quite cool at night and there were no duvets

The property was very clean, in a great neighbourhood, located within 10-15 minutes drive from many beaches and the city centre of Plaka. We would make a 6 minute drive to Plaka to watch the sunset, so it was very convenient. The area felt very safe and secure. The house tidy, clean and smelt fresh at all times. There is multiple ACs in the property so your stay will not be impacted by hot weather conditions. The host was friendly and welcoming, giving us many tips and advice on our activities. I would recommend this to all!
