Flamingle in Fushia- Unit A- Steps to the Beach!

Nice place to stay, close to ocean , and restaurants.

we paid 400 something and they knew the lights were off and still put it for rent and when we got there with our family and 2 babies because we were looking for somewhere to stay because the hurricane, the place had no power.they refused to give us a refund because they said we willingly booked it during a natural disaster and they don't have to refund us even tho they knew half the city was out of power and left me and my family with no money to look for somewhere else to stay and didn't even care I was crying and begging them to make an exception for me n my family they said no

We loved the location and the size of the property.

The floors were uneven, the kitchen was poorly equipped (bad knives, hardly any spoons, bowls, pots and pans), no dishwasher, the air conditioning units leaked water on and under the floors (an ac unit in each room), the first bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder and pieces of the floor were literally missing or broken.

The apartment is in walking distance to the beach an close to shopping plus restaurants also the house was clean well worth it

The parking didn't make since on top of I'm allergic to seafood so not a lot of options where we we're but nice restaurants

We loved the location and how cute the feel was of the room we walk into. The owner’s response time was relatively quickly when we reached out and they were super helpful!! The beach was at the end of the street & the house is at the beginning of the street so the walk was very easy for us and so worth staying here! It was so nice!! I think I’d enjoy going back and renting the entire house! The house is also in walking distance to an IGA Grocery Store, a seafood restaurant a breakfast place and other places but those are just a few places we walked to during our stay. It was nice to not have to drive places, we so enjoyed the location of this house!!

We were not fans of the no parking. It wasn’t made clear in the main description that there was no parking available. The only parking on the island is paid and it’s $40/day so we had to pay that x2. Luckily the houses on the street were not all occupied this weekend so we had parking spaces available. The owner does offer a paid parking pass that we were able to use for one car—this was nice! We had a problem with one of the AC units just not working right the whole time & we continuously had an ant problem and had to throw away probably $100 worth of groceries that were in the kitchen cabinets. The floor is pretty uneven and cracked in quite a few places, this wasn’t so much of an issue except one morning I forgot and almost fell but caught myself getting out of bed because one of the rooms is at a very continuous slant. It just wasn’t what we were expecting but also not something to deter us from staying here again!

The only thing I did like was the location near the beach

When we got there it took us an hour to get our door code. Also the contract I signed from the copay says I had parking and I didn’t. I then paid a deposit for $300 for a parking pass that when I returned it I would get $250 back, so it would only cost $50. I put the pass back in the safe where I got it and told them to pull the camera to show I went back in with it because they say it wasn’t there and I know I put it back in there 100% guess it was a scam to get $300 more out of you. I had to dispute $250 to get what I was promised back. The guy at patriot was very rude and the communication sucks once you email them. There is no follow up at all. If they try to fight my parking deposit I will go after them for all of my fees. Also, forgot the cleaners had to come back and reclean the floor because there was black stuff all over everyone’s feet. The windows were not able to be locked in the front bedroom because the windows are to big for the opening, so it wasn’t very secure.

It was a walk down the road from the beach and a great spot for a family! Grill in the back and fully stocked kitchen as well! The hosts were very informative and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book again!!

The location was great. It was walking distance to everything. We were able to accommodate the entire large family for our daughter's graduation.

There was only one TINY parking space and our vehicle stuck out a little. Also, the house had a mildewy smell.

The place was filthy, if you walked on the floor barefoot at the bottom of your feet were black. Air conditioning did not work in one bedroom could not get into the house when we got there had to call for help. The filter in the dehumidifier was gross had to be cleaned. Was told someone would come the next day to fix the air conditioner, no one ever called or came. There were no wash cloths are kitchen towels, no potholders, and the list goes on.
