Location was amazing.

Couldn’t enter my unit because key pad was broken. Was let in through the adjacent unit door connected to my unit. I’m so happy it was being rented by my ex husband. Some of the beds was broken, ceiling leaked , and a surprised $50 parking fee.

I appreciate the distance to and from the beach.

Didn’t like having to pay for parking in front of property, that should’ve been included in the pricing.

NO PARKING FOR MY UNIT. I WAS TOLD I HAD 1 parking space and didn’t even have that. when I arrived Friday, couldn’t get into the unit for hours after getting code. The cleaning lady from upstairs finally let us in. once we got in couldn’t find the safe for parking pass for street parking. Cleaning lady told us where safe was and we couldn’t get into safe (no code). I called Patriot several times after arrival. Asked Patriot for code to safe, they didn’t know. another cleaning lady got the key to safe out of locked closet. if the cleaning ladies had not been there, we may not have gotten into unit. This was very inconvenient as we had 2 dogs with us also. it cost us time we could have been on the beach or shopping. also, the air conditioner in the front bedroom didn’t work.
