Owner was very personable and provided fresh fruit.

Oramai sono diversi anni che frequentiamo questa struttura, motivo? Vicina al mare, al centro, al mercato del pesce, alla passeggiata ed inoltre la Signora Piera, che gestisce la struttura, e' molto professionale e gentile. Trovo il parcheggio per l'auto, poi me la dimentico fino al giorno della partenza, niente di meglio per i miei gusti.

Close to the bus to Port of Civitavecchia and train station. Friendly and helpful hostess.

Noisy neighborhood at night. Lift was small.

Piera met us early, explained everything about the apartment, and was very gracious! The apartment was exceptional; so roomy, well-decorated, well supplied, comfortable bed, large complete bathroom, large well-stocked kitchen/dining room with everything necessary, a wonderful balcony with table and chairs, in a nice building with an excellent location in town near the waterfront. We highly recommend it, and will definitely stay there again on our next return!

We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment is excellent, if you get the whole apartment.

The apartment is divided into 4 rooms...the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room. If you are only 2 people, Piera will keep the living room locked. We booked for the whole apartment and after arguing for about an hour, Piera reluctantly, opened it up to us. This was very upsetting. If not for that, the apartment is excellent and Piera is quite nice. There are a few stairs before the elevator but Piera was there to greet us and help us with the luggage. The elevator is small, so you will make 2 trips. There is no electric kettle for boiling water and no microwave.

Location, cleanness, early drop in luggage option.

Due to mild weather, we did not use air-conditioning but opened windows. Big mistake! Every morning, we got to count swallowed mosquito's bites on my face and on my partner shoulders. Our hostess suggested applying a repellent. To avoid being bitten, you have two options: do not open windows or sleep with the repellent on your face.

Everything else was great. Fair price , it wasn't up four flights of stairs but one. Very clean .

I'm a American , we like air conditioning in the whole apartment, not just in the bedroom. That was my ONLY complaint and it's not even a big deal. It's just hot in Italy.

Location was excellent. Host was so nice and left little extras like fruit lemon water etc. very clean and homely
