Piera was very welcoming and informative. The apartment was very well presented, comfortable bed, spacious bedroom and had a roomy bathroom and well equipped kitchenette. There is a also a lift. A very quiet area at night. Very handy position near all your needs like cafes, restaurants, banks and cruise ship transfers from the station. We were able to leave our luggage for a while after checking out before boarding our cruise ship.

Nothing. We would have go to a hotel but there was no availability due to our transatlantic cruise the next day, Civitavecchia was very busy and all hotels were full.

No heather, freezing cold in whole place. It suppose to be two bedrooms and it was only one bedroom. Bad advertisement.

Clean, quiet and good location (for our needs). Helpful host (she gave us all details that we ask).

The bed was very low and scratching at every move.

Great location with ability to wash clothes.

Well appointed property in a good location

The host Piera was very patient, meeting us at the property late at night, and then she and her husband were extremely helpful when I left my passport and valuables, forwarding it safely to my next location. They are the best people to host for vulnerable travellers.

Location was great. Close to a mini mart, the waterfront, restaurants.

The pillows!!!! There were only a few stairs before reaching the elevator but for old folk lugging suitcases up them was challenging.
