Casa muito simples mas com todas as comodidades necessárias. Destaco também a limpeza e as dicas dos anfitriões.

A temperatura do quarto estava um pouco quente. Estendal para as toalhas de banho.

Zona bastante calma e segura.

Apenas Ventoinha no quarto, pois o quarto no verão fica MUITO quente.

The home is located in a beautiful and friendly village, with a short drive to Mértola. We came during the Islamic Festival of Mértola, and the location was great to get away from the busy town without being too far away. The location is also ideal for day trips to the Vale de Guadiana natural park and praia fluvial da tapada grande amongst other sights. The home itself is well kitted out, with a nice little kitchen, nice bathroom and a very comfortable bedroom. I would heartily recommend a stay here!

We enjoyed our stay in the Guadiana Natural Park also thanks to this amazingly pleasant and comfortable accommodation in the quiet village of Alcaria Ruiva. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and in the unusually hot weather for April we always looked forward to returning here as a cool oasis. We had a great night's sleep in complete silence, and in the morning we were only woken up by the chirping of the birds on the roof. The accommodation also has an excellent location not far from the top of Alcaria Ruiva, where eagles and vultures can be observed.

Lovely little gem of a house, well appointed.

Wish it would have had use of the log fire, it was a very wet and cold weekend.

Lovely cottage in a pleasant rural village where the local people were very friendly and put up with my poor Portuguese. I was made to feel welcome, especially on 25th April celebrations. Recommended highly as a location for birdwatching.

Eating options were restricted as the restaurants were only open occasionally. However, there were plenty of options in nearby Mertola. A patio was included in the property description but there wasn't one.
