Stay at the Dash Farmhouse was quite the experience. It is located in a peaceful and quiet area of the Lake District, surrounded by large farmland (possibly over 100 acres) and mountain ranges, without other houses around. It has access to many great hikes without the need having to drive to a trail head. The house itself has quite the history and incredibly beautiful. It was very well kept, warm and cozy. Included photo is view from one of the bedrooms. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil countryside experience.

Stunning isolated location with amazing views and local walks. Cosy. Having a dryer was very handy after walking in the driving rain!

Nothing. Read all of the reviews for essential top tips. The sat nav may try to lead you up the wrong path if you are heading from the North and not up the hill from Keswick!
