"Small heaven in Montepulciano"

Everything was great !!! This was beatiful, arranged with perfect taste apartment with two bedrooms. One of the best places I've ever been. Perfect for Montepulciano and Tuscany. You can feel the atmosphere of ancient Italy. Total reccomendation :)

I cannot find antyhing to improve.

"Townhouse in Montepulachino"

This is a fabulous old house situated within the town of montepulachino. There were two bedrooms one of which was located up a narrow stairs to the attic. The views of Tuscany countryside from the house were stunning. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Entry was self admittance..

The traffic noise was endless from the busy road underneath the house,despite fastening Sutters and windows tightly. Wearing ear plugs did little to elevate the sound.

The property was a perfect location, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful! She recommended great parking options and participating in the local festival (Bravío) for dinner which was a highlight of the trip. The place is much larger than we anticipated with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living space. There was also a washing machine and a great drying rack. It was warm during our visit, but there was decent AC in the bedrooms. The space stayed cool if we followed the directions of our host to keep the shutters closed during the day. Would definitely stay here again!

The second bedroom is a lofted space without a door that gets quite warm in the hot summer months.

clean. owners met us on arrival and showed us the details of the property and where we could park. They were always immediately responsive if we had any questions. we stayed 4 weeks and never had any problems. we would recommend this property strongly.

the house is situated at the heart of the old town, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The feeling is like you stay in a house of old times but enjoying the modern facilities. The location is perfect just a step from a door and you walk in the old town.
