Not having even basic cooking facilities (no cooker or small oven) and having to wash dishes in the bathroom in a bowl.

The location - in the grounds of the Heritage Hotel, with use of their facilities - was excellent! Close to everything, town centre, hot pools, etc. Parking on-site and next to unit was great!

I would definitely stay again, but not in unit 346. There was nowhere to sit and relax! The two uncomfortable, upright, vinyl corporate reception-style tub chairs were the only seating provided and they really were awful! So out of place and highly unsuitable for the accommodation - a comfortable sofa would have made for a more enjoyable and relaxing stay. (I noticed there was a nice sofa in 345 next door). The carpet looked dirty. The bed/mattress appeared to have exceeded its use-by date, with one side significantly sagging. There was no fly-wire fitted to any of the windows: fly-wire screens appropriate to push-out window type would have enabled windows to be opened for fresh air day and night. (There was a sliding fly-wire screen door but this was not fitted with a lock/snib. Security-wise, the sliding glass door could not be left slightly open at night). Food preparation facilities were extremely basic. The bathroom sink doubling as a kitchen sink was not ideal. I am not sure how this could be changed without a major refit. I have also read this in other visitors' feedback comments.

Not that easy to find. GPS took us past the property & because we were following that we missed the tiny sign. Note it’s only 100 odd metered from the corner.

The location was perfect. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. Everything was spotless

There was no WIFI and we were NOT aware of that. The patio screen door rattled all night due to the wind, making it difficult to sleep. We had difficulty corresponding with the owners...we contacted them 2 -3 times by email to have them change our email address so we could get the information about the pass code. They NEVER responded adequately to our questions which meant we had to go online AT THE LIBRARY before we could get the passcode. They were not good at all communicating causing us much anxiety about how we would be able to receive the passcode!
