Loved the location so close to town and the hot pools. The king sized bed was super comfortable. Full cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, microwave, kettle and tea, coffee, sugar and salt provided was great! Check in, location and rules were clearly communicated.

The room/building is quite old, mouldy grouting in the bathroom. The cleaners came at 9:30 right to the door, checkout is clearly stated till 10am. There is no internet at this location.

The view from the studio was absolutely beautiful, it was so quiet and peaceful, super cosy inside and in such a good spot to walk around everywhere

Great location to town.

I was not sent the code to get into the locked box to get the key, I arrived late and was lucky the hotel next let me use their phone 3 times to call the after hours number to get the code. None of the codes he gave me worked, so the maintenance guy had to come over and break into the box.

Clean and comfortable, very handy to town and pools, nice and quiet

Limited TV options, no WiFi and didn't realise this unit was attached to another unit and surrounded by more, thought it was a stand alone by the address

Great location, nice aspect looking out to the hills, quiet and warm. Easy walking distance to all ammenities. Very good communication from the HHH. Was kept well informed of details.

It would be good to have more than 2 cups, and irrelevant but nice if they were matching and not cracked (which 1 was). More hooks for hanging coats or towels would be great.
