Location. Also pool available which was a bonus.

Rated staff low as didn't see anybody so no reflection on staff who work there. No toiletries provided or change of towels over three days.

"Comfortable, well-located studio unit"

Great location in the centre of Hanmer so an easy walk to most places including the supermarket, pools and cafes. Very comfortable and clean studio unit in The Lodge grounds so you also had access to the Lodge's pool.

We had realised before we arrived that there was only a microwave to cook food but didn't know there was no kitchen sink - over doing dishes in the bathroom basin by the time we left!

Close to the hot pools, exceptional value for money and clean.

No kitchen sink was the biggest drawback. Everything else was very nice, I Assumed this would be part of the cabin. Wifi would be nice too.

Fabulous handy location and beautiful grounds and views very close to the center of town.

It smells a little musty. Needs a good air out.

Great set up. Perfect location

The internal/interconnecting door is not at all soundproof. If that could be insulated it would make a big difference. It was very off putting hearing the person next door!
