Skopelitian Relaxing House

The owner met us at the port and took us to the property, and carried our big heavy case. Would definitely stay again, lots of love and care gone into this house. Diamadis is a lovely man and even left us supplies. It’s exactly like the pictures I would definitely recommend. Only 5 mins walk to the port and 10 mins to bus stop to all the beaches. 2 lovely bathrooms, comfy bed, upstairs area is amazing, free toiletries, hairdryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen. Little balcony to sit on, and another outside area with cushions too, if your lucky enough to stay here you will love it.

An amazing stay with an amazing host. Absolutely beautiful house, so clean and equipped with everything you can need. It is in a perfect location, only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop at the port. Lovely neighbours who greeted us each morning and night. The host was amazing, came to the port to pick our bags up on his scooter. Did 2 trips to carry our large luggage and then walked back to walk us to the accommodation and give us a tour of the town. An absolute legend! Went above and beyond, even with the small details like providing laundry liquid, body wash, shampoo and food essentials. Even came to clean the accomodation during our stay to replace with fresh linen and towels. We absolutely loved Skopelos, and was made even better with the perfect accommodation and host. Will definitely be visiting again! Would highly recommend!

A wonderful apartment with great attention to detail. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The owner was extremely welcoming, kind, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was perfect. Large apartment and fully equipped...literally has everything you could want. Diamadis was an excellent host, picked us up from ferry and showed us the apartment. Left a lovely welcome pack with supplies. Room was cleaned every 3 days which was plenty. The location is perfect and quaint up a picturesque sidestreet. We would recommend this place to everyone visiting Skopelos...it is extremely good value for money considering everything offered. Thank you 😊

Skopelitian Relaxing House is a beautiful old town house, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was about 5 minutes walk from the harbour. Lovely little balcony, 2 shower rooms, super equipped kitchen and comfy bed. We loved our stay there and it would be our first choice again if we return back to Skopelos. The owner was super helpful and kind.

Collected from Port and taken to property by Diamadis the owner. ( wouldn’t have found it otherwise ) . He kindly showed us how everything worked and left plenty water and some Croissants.Washing machine worked a treat

Nothing : just the weather ! But it was end of season .

Tolles Haus, welches mit viel Liebe hergerichtet wurde! Tip top sauber und toller Service und Hilfe bei vielen Sachen! Gute Lage, kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Das Schlafzimmer hat wenig Licht und kaum Möglichkeiten für frische Luft in der Nacht. Die Fenster zum öffnen, gehen zur Gasse hin.

Our host, Diamadis, was exceptionally kind, generous and attentive, always thoughtful about the little details. We really appreciated the spotless house upon arrival and the modern, fully functional amenities. Diamadis went out of his way to make us feel comfortable—even changing the towels mid-stay during our 6-night trip, which was very considerate. The beds were comfortable, including the convertible sofa bed. The apartment’s location is exactly as described, just a few minutes’ walk from the port with many restaurants, making it very convenient for evening or daytime strolls. We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you so much !

For guests with a car, one small drawback is that there is no parking immediately nearby, so a long walk may be needed to find a spot. There was also a mild musty smell on the lower floor. We managed to improve it by opening the windows, but it might be worth addressing in future renovations, especially for guests with allergies. As a small recommendation, installing mosquito screens on the windows would make the apartment even better than it already is. Overall, these minor issues did not significantly affect our enjoyable stay.
