Skiathos island house

Pictures don’t do it justice! Very large, stylish, cosy and rustic apartment with 2 bedrooms just 5 minutes walk to the main strip. Super quiet and clean, great water pressure and equipped kitchen as well as cute terrace and strong aircon. Also has a washing machine. Loved the mezzanine and porthole windows and everything was clean and fresh. Communication from the host was great and she met us when we arrived to give us our key card to get in. She also checked on us and was keen to see if we needed anything else/were happy - it was really nice having a friendly and helpful face nearby. We were also provided an iron when we asked which of was super handy. There is a small market shop 3 meters down the road and the host had already provided a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. It was very quiet and sweet at night - great, comfy sleep and stayed cool with the aircon. It’s worth noting that the keycard is needed to have the electricity on so you can’t leave the aircon on whilst out (which is a good thing to save electricity etc), however it only took 5 mins to cool down once turned on. Loved our stay!

Absolutely nothing - if I HAD to give a tip to improve it would only be to maybe have some shampoo and turn the aircon on for a little bit before we arrived (but that’s a personal preference thing as some people don’t like aircon but we are English so bad with the heat haha!)

This is a lovely property in a fantastic part of town - was pristine and a good outside area as well for a town house would stay again

Skiathos Island House was perfect for what we needed and it was immaculately clean and the handover process couldn't have been easier. Our host was lovely and helped with anything we needed. It was very close to a small shop and ten minutes walk down to the main area of the port.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The price is quite high but the whole of Skiathos Port Town is quite expensive as it is popular. Just to be aware it is a little climb up from the port to the apartment if you use the bus and have bags but it is easy to get a taxi to and from the airport to the apartment if you prefer.

Attentive host, clean environment, comfy beds.

Our host was really friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and perfectly located just a short walk from the bars and restaurants of Skiathos.
