The property has everything you need for a stay. It is situated in an estate with high security. Close to Big Bay and the sea. It is clean, comfortable and modern. Traute is an excellent host.

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

"The lovely Charter @ 44 Bayview Estate ❤️"

Charter is one of the most incredible people, let alone host, that I've ever met. She is warm, approachable, helpful, and ensured that I was comfortable during my stay. She was even willing to accommodate my African Grey, Charlie, and my little birds, who were equally pleased to meet her acquaintance. Highly recommended and great value for money! And do be at peace. You are safe and can leave your door open!

The mildew. Having said this, considering the location, it can be expected.

"Perfect stay"

The owner was super nice and super accommodative. The location is perfect for a holiday, especially since it is in front of some of Cape Town's most upcoming and prominent locations. Everything was working perfectly, very clean, very comfortable and the instructions were relayed on time, the owner made an effort for the stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Gave adequate privacy and was fully engaged.
