KS Lavender Kuala Kangsar

My recent stay at KS LAVENDER was, unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I've had. I booked this place for a family function, hoping for a comfortable and pleasant stay, but it fell far short of expectations. 1. Upon arrival, the first thing that struck me was the cleanliness. The couch in the living room was shockingly dirty. It was an immediate turn-off and set a negative tone for the rest of the stay. 2. The lack of air-conditioning in the hall was a significant drawback, especially considering the hot weather during my visit. It made spending time in the common area uncomfortable and sweaty. 3. The limited TV channels, with only three basic options mostly in Malay, were disappointing. It left little entertainment or relaxation options for guests, particularly those who might not understand the language. 4. Adding to the discomfort, only the air conditioning in one of the rooms was functional. We had to leave it on for an extended period to get any relief from the heat. The second room's AC was either non-existent or barely functional, leaving it stifling and unpleasant. 5. Another notable absence was a water dispenser, a basic amenity that one would expect, especially for a family stay. This forced us to find alternative ways to access drinking water, which was an inconvenience. 6. The overall cleanliness of the house was subpar, with dust accumulating in various corners. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were lacking, contributing to an unpleasant environment. 7. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of response from the owner when I reached out via WhatsApp to express my concerns. I received no inquiry into the issues or attempt to address them, just a read receipt and silence. It was a stark reminder of the poor customer service and disregard for guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay at KS LAVENDER was regrettable and a waste of money.

Not clean at all…very poor service

So messy and dusty. Very disappointed

The property is complete with all the basic appliances and very comfortable to stay. My big family and i are very happy during the stay. We would like to stay in the property again in the future. Thank you for preparing a complete amenities in the property. Worth the money, worth the time and worth to stay. Will definitely come back again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It’s not that i don’t like but the ceiling condition in most room and bathroom are a bit concerning. Hopefully the owner will slowly repair it.
