Location near the Kuala Kangsar town There are shops such as KFC, Mr DIY and restaurants near the house House big enough to accomodate big family Acceptable Clean bathroom (although i saw few taik cicak belakang bathroom door) Good water pressure

Cleanliness need to improve (i noticed dust, small rubbish at outside in front the main door) Very basic amenities provided Fridge not cold enough Curtains need to be changed Airconditioning need to be serviced Suggest to use higher horsepower aircond for bigger room Room downstair only have fan. Aircond brokedown
