Cottage is lovely and clean. Layout of accommodation is excellent. All appliances supplied. In a great location in Barnard Castle. Definitely recommend a stay at Maltings cottage.

"Fabulous cottage suited to a young family!"

Location ideal. Renovations very clever, great use of space. Love the fabrics and wallpapers.

To old for a double bed against the wall. Little bit sensitive to all the taxidermy. Would have loved a teapot and a coffee plunger. We had been hanging out for a washing machine, but I can’t imagine where you could put it!!!

"Delightful stay in a characterful cottage in a lovely wee town."

Everything. Comfy beds, Cosy cottage. Little extras like toiletries, coffee pods and machine. A home from home.

Nothing. We didn't spend much time at the Maltings Cottage as we were at a wedding, but we could happily have stayed longer if we didn't need to get home for work.
