"A very enjoyable trip to Frinton enhanced by wonderful holiday accommodation."

10.0

We loved staying at Gulliver’s Cottage which is exceptional holiday accommodation. Spotlessly clean, really well-equipped with lovely, tasteful seaside-themed objects and pictures throughout the house and garden. A short stroll from the town and beach so very well located. The well-tended garden is an added bonus with its array of plants and separate areas including a covered patio with table/chairs and a conservatory at the end of the garden. The booking was very well-managed by Rachel who communicated so efficiently both prior to and during our stay. Thank you.

We loved everything!

This is a great property if you are looking for something in Frinton. Car parking on the little driveway (for one car) and a patio to relax on after the drive there. We were three ladies staying for two nights and it was perfect for us; a great location and fully equipped with what we needed. Will definitely book again.

"Beautiful house in a great area with everything you need to have a home from home stay."

8.0

The property is a lovely house in a superb location (next to the station and a short walk or drive to the beach). It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and has all the amenities. There is everything you need to make it home from home (condiments, cupboard of games, washing line, washer etc). Lovely touches when we arrived with the biscuits, milk and Prosecco :)

Certain parts of the property needed a thorough clean. Cobwebs in most corners upstairs, dust on blinds, shelves, under bed. Porch area very dusty and full of cobwebs. Fold out sofa bed has no sheet and smelt of cigarettes. Bath plug hole taking a long time to drain.

The outside seating area.

The stairs, no Bannister on left, and i slipped down the stairs and stubbed my toe. not very child friendly as well. the bathroom needs a extractor fan and shaver point.

"A brilliant place to stay"

10.0

Thanks to the host, the sanitary conditions of this house are very good, the facilities are complete, the beds and bath towels are quite clean. Parking in the front garden is convenient. It takes about three to five minutes to walk to the train station, so convenient for those who travel by train. It takes 8 to 15 minutes walk or 2~3 minutes drive to the high street, which has supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the beach.

Good location in a quiet area. Nice cosy cottage with everything one needs.

WC and shower could do with an update although didn't bother us too much.
