The location is super at the first line before the beath. You can easily reach it by aeroport bus and 5 mins walking. We booked the appartment 2 which has sea view. It was quite nice to sit at the balcony to have nice view. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also two touristic supermarket s. Although there is language barriers as the hostess does not speak English at all, she helped us to arrange a luggage store at the hall, which we appreciate a lot. There is no direct parking, but we can easily park near the free parking near the bus stop (at least at low season).

Kitchen: it is very small, crowded, and dark (no lamp). Very limited kitchenwares, no kettle, no microwave, no wine glasses. If you want to cook, you have to buy all essentials yourself. We basically only use the gas stove to cook the water for tea and gave up on cooking our own dinners. Same for washing machines. The hostess is living next door but not providing all these small thing, which could have made our stay more comfortable. Bathroom: quite narrow and very basic. You need to ask for more suppliers like toilet paper if you stay more then 2 days... Noise: in front of balcony, there is one main road which is full of restaurants and guests. But cars and loud guests are not the Main problem if you close all the windows. The motor bike drivers are making extremely loud noise from time to time, which is quite annoying. Languages: as we do not speak Italian and hostess doesn't speak English. We basic communicated via google translator...

Good central location by the beach and restaurants, spacious room and balcony

Lacking kitchen facilities, no microwave or kettle, few pans and utensils, difficult to prepare meals. Shower poor, very slow, and TV too small, only Italian channels.

The location of the studio is very convenient, right in the center of Giardini. Close to restaurants, supermarket, nice beaches and bus stop. We had a great time!

The studio is amortized, in need of repair. As a recommendation - you can leave wine glasses and some elementary spices, such as salt, oil, vinegar for the convenience of the guests.

Isabellla was amazing, reallly helpful and kind. Helped us with recommendations. The accomodation was an excelleent location. Really recommend.

The appartment itself was maybe a little outdated, but considering cost more than worth it. Shower could be better pressure. Towels are a little rough

The location is really good, we had a back view which was quiet. Literally 2 mins to the beach, supermarket, bus stop and restaurants. The host was also very helpful and was patient with our Google Translate skills!

The WiFi didn’t really work and it would have been useful to have a guide to the area and some coffee in the room. We also had to buy extra toilet roll.

Everything was great, accomodation, location, facilities. A beautiful room view, the beach infront of location, bus station nearby, a lot of choise for shopping, restaurants. The room is having all what it's needed, it's very confortable. Isabella is the best host, all the time available to support guest requests. Thanks a lot Isabella!!!
