Appartement propre et fonctionnel, joliment décoré. Propreté impeccable, absorbeur d'humidité, ce qui est souvent utile aux Açores ! Machine à laver disponible. Des hôtes accueillants et réactifs. Un joli espace jardin avec salon d'été, et d'adorables petits lapins qui se baladent. Une grande piscine. Serviettes de piscine mises à disposition. Les très bons cocktails à commander sur place ;) !

Die Besitzer Susana und Jorge waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist sehr schön und sauber. Super ist auch, da man bei Jorge über Whatsapp Essen und Getränke bestellen kann, was uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Es hat vor der Wohnung auch einen sehr schön gestalteten Sitzplatz

Negativ ist, dass es draussen im Garten Kameras gibt, wodurch einem trotz des sehr schönen Gartensitzplatzes an der Wohnung die Privatsphäre fehlt. Das Schlafzimmerfenster findet sich auch direkt beim Wohnungseingang des Hausbesitzers. Was für uns jedoch störender war, ist das man das Schlafzimmerfenster nachts nicht offen lassen konnte, wegen Kakerlaken (Abhilfe könnte ein Insektengitter sein). An dieser Wohnung nicht gerade Ideal war, die Schallisolation der oberen Wohnung. Vor allem, da von der Dusche und vom WC das Abwasserrohr durch das Schlafzimmer der unteren Wohnung geht. Aus diesen Gründen würden wir die obere Wohnung empfehlen.

Place is nice, cozy and clean, with everything You need. But the biggest thanks to the host, very sweet and welcoming people! Basically You can come to Acores with no plan and host will give You information with all you need to see, where to eat, what to do and some tips and tricks. Best host expierence ever! Thank You for an amazing vacation!

I did not order breakfast but the bottle of wine and fig jam he left for us was delicious . He has a great four day itinerary he will share with you and made it so easy to follow and gave lots of helpful hints. We really didn’t stay in the house very long as we lost a day due to flight cancellations but we followed his itinerary and saw an entire half of the island in one long but very enjoyable day.

A little warm in kitchen area when we would get back after our outings, but the air conditioner in the bedrooms worked great. I think we just weren’t accustomed to the humidity at first, and thankfully there is a fan downstairs. The evenings are nice and cool, though. Very safe neighborhood . I never felt uneasy about the area . Sao Miguel is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t wait to go back
