La chaleur humaine de l'habitant et le fait d'être accueilli par quelqu'un 😀 La vue sur la mer avec un abri pour manger dehors. L'emplacement est très bien ! Les cloches de l'église et le bruit des vagues en dormant :) Équipement machine à laver très pratique.

Le manque de luminosité dans le logement. Le manque de chauffage (malgré un chauffage d'appoint disponible).

The cottage was an ‘ordinary’ family house nestled in a village which sits by the sea with its own little harbour, which gave it a homely atmosphere. Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. Smaller double bedroom downstairs and two much larger bedrooms upstairs. The garden area would be perfect in summer, view of sea, seating and barbecue area. Also best meal we had on island was in the village restaurant above the bar at the top of the hill. Small village shop and cash machine a few steps away, and coffee shop opposite. No 2 is the only tourist accommodation (AL) on the lane which we liked. Friendly wave and greeting from locals we passed. We came for the hiking, and enjoyed a very windy walk along the coast to Praia da Viola and back - local bus service seemed good albeit we didn’t use it, again bus stop by shop a few steps from door.

Nothing...but be aware this is an ordinary village terraced house with everything comfortably used. All very comfortably functional. Space to park outside the house limited, but large car park a few hundred yards up the hill. We unloaded and loaded hire car directly outside of the property and then used the car park, more for peace of mind to keep hire car safe from any passing tractors rather than need. Don’t look for a sign for the name of the house, it doesn’t have one. Number 2. Only, as far as we could see tourist accommodation (AL) on the Lane.

Wir haben die ruhige Lage genossen, wobei man sagen muss das damit die Nachbarschaft gemeint ist. Wir wohnen in der Stadt und sind Verkehr gewohnt, dort gibt es wenig davon. Aber täglich um 8h fährt ein Fahrzeug laut hupend durch die Straßen. Wir sind nicht dahinter gekommen was das soll. Ein Fahrer hält eine Hube raus und macht ordentlich Lärm. Keiner regt sich darüber auf, ist eventuell ein Weckdienst?? Unsere Kinder (Teenager) fanden das nicht lustig. Danach ist wieder Ruhe für den Rest des Tages. Es gibt einen netten kleinen Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Dort bekommt man alles was man braucht

In der Unterkunft ist es feucht und muffig. Unsere Kleidung die wir in den Schränken hatten hatte leider den Duft angenommen.
