La Selva Beach Ocean Front Townhome - Direct Beach & Ocean Access

Lovely 3bd townhome right on the beach.

Our car got broken into, as well as the car next to us.

The view was amazing and location.

The place needs TLC. Nice location but place is dated. Downstairs bathroom needs renovation. The beds are terrible. Can be a nice place if some updates are done throughout

My family had an amazing time in this lovely home. On top of that, we needed to change our dates at the last minute because of my father's medical appointment. Michael stayed on the phone with Booking.com and helped us through the process without additional charge. That kind of care can completely change a travel experience. We truly appreciate Michael and his wonderful home. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Beautiful location! Right on the water, super easy to walk down to the sand. Very clean space, owner was very responsive and helpful!

Everything we needed and awesome location right on the beach.

The only thing I would mention is that for children guests, the glass table top on the coffee table could be a hazard.

I thought it was wonderful! If your friends have knee problems the stairs need more time going down them.

I loved everything including the view and the exceptional hospitality of the hosts.

The downstairs shower did not work, or we did just not know how to operate it

This was a terrific beach house . Wonderful location, very tastefully decorated, and all the essentials you need for a delightful vacation at the beach- especially if you have kids.

Could be a little cleaner/ vacuumed .
