Bay House

The place was run-down, and appeared dilapedated and neglected The net curtains in the bedroom and lounge were tattered, and the kitcben roll down blind as well. In the downstairs main bedroom the light did not work, and in whole house there was only 1 two prong adaptor to charge a phone from, hidden under a wall cabinet. Some windows could not be opened due to corrosion, and in the upstairs lounge there were windows without curtains or blinds, leaving no privacy at night.

The space was huge and the ethics were great, my family really enjoyed the space.

Good proximity to the beach

Very run down. Bed in the main bedroom in serious need of replacing.

We liked the view from the balcony.

General maintenance need urgent attention.

It is a good location.

The mattress was u comfortable and worn and hard. Did not sleep well. Blankets were not clean.

The safe parking

The Windows did not open, and the hosts were very unfriendly upon arrival. They made it very clear to us that no one but the booked guests are allowed to be there. the people that were with us that stayed in a different guest house were asked not to enter their property, all they wanted todo is to see what it looks like so in future they could make use of them, but they will not be used by us again.
