Location was good. Owner very friendly.

Wi-Fi was a problem. The reception downstairs was very poor. The furniture is outdated. There is a shortage of utensils. The views of the ocean is restricted.

The view, the location.

The place needs serious maintenance and upkeep performed. Apart from the structural and aesthetic concerns (water damage, windows unable to open etc.), the bedding is clearly very old and the rooms in general were everything but inviting.

The double story with its entertainment area a kitchen , lounge,breakfast area , braai area and dining area plus a toilet on the top floor ,, with a 180 degree sea view. All the bedrooms are on the 1st floor with toilet , shower and bathroom and all with a sea view The privacy and quietness and crime free not only in the beachfront , but in the whole Lambertsbaai
