Craigadam Lodge with Hot tub

The host was beyond Rude. I wasn’t sure where to park or get into the lodge, I phoned the owner up to ask how to get into the lodge to be told what’s that got to do with me, why are you disturbing me when I am cooking dinner for other guests. She was also rude to my invited guests asking them if they were a truthful person. Completely spoiled a surprise 60th birthday gathering.

Very serene and idyllic location - great for an escape from the busy city. Host Celia was lovely, and loved our visit from farm pup Monty too. House is well kitted out and with an en-suite in each room we were all able to get ready at the same time which is a bonus. You can tell the hosts have put a lot of thought into the decor, with each room boasting its own theme. The hosts are on site for anything you need. Lots of parking room available. Lots of land to explore and various farm animals to see. Lovely hot tub! The perfect getaway. P.S Celia evidently always thinks of the little things - after finding out it was two of our parties birthdays during our trip, she brought over a bottle of bubbles. Very much appreciated.

Beautiful setting, lots of indoor and outdoor space, friendly welcoming hosts, views, small handy shop 2 miles down the road, all on one level (particularly good for people with mobility difficulties.)

The cottage was beautifully and the scenery idyllic. It was so relaxing and Celia was lovely and very helpful.

Beautiful Cottage and surroundings.Was amazing to seat afternoons with a coffee and enjoy the beautiful views.Celia and Richard were great hosts,on our arrival to find a hamper with lovely shortbread ,Chocolate and a nice bottle of wine. Celia and Richard went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even went the extra mile to bake a cake for our last night,which was absolutely fresh and delicious .The hot tub was spectacular with amazing views .Thank you and would highly recommend it.

Nothing-everything was great.Maybe would suggest having a double bed in one of the rooms.

Beautiful location. Very comfortable cottage. Hot tub an added bonus. Nice play area for younger kids

The property expects guests to bring their own towels. We had missed that on booking site. Owner did supply one each when asked. And although well-kitted out it would be helpful if little staples like salt and pepper were in the cupboard, and basic cleaning products. All three rooms have twin beds. Makes it more suitable for friends than for family - could perhaps have one double

The tranquility. The hospitality, and the space. Beautiful cottage, beautiful surroundings and a friendly visit or 2 from Monty 🥰 hot tub was amazing and simple to operate. Owners were accommodating even though we arrived with 2 extra guests due to babysitting complications. Couldn't have asked for more. A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life

Absolutely beautiful, such a tranquil place to stay. The cottage was lovely with all en suite rooms. Fully stocked kitchen. The decking area with hot tub was a great added bonus. It was lovely to sit in the afternoon with a coffee and watch the lambs. The extensive grounds are a haven for wildlife, with beautiful flowers and plants with plenty of places to sit. The fish pond and patio area were a welcome relaxing area to sit and admire the flowers. Occasional visits from the farm dogs they are all very friendly, especially since we had dogs with us too. Celia left us a hamper on our arrival, lovely sweet strawberries, shortbread, tablet, and a nice bottle of wine. Celia is a lovely host with great local knowledge. Thanks so much for having us.
