"Passable"

Good location and quick response from host.

Cleanliness not up to scratch. Kitchen was dirty, couch stained, coffee tables not even wiped from previous guests. Very grubby.

"Very homely, comfortable, great central base to visit plenty of villages and market towns."

Very comfortable, clean, very clean and warm hot tub. Parking directly in front of property. 5 minute walk to the canal, great to have a secure garden also for the dog.

Little bit of noise from the road in the front bedroom. I am a light sleeper, however comfortable beds and decent bedding.

The beds were fantastically comfy the kitchen was well equipped with all utensils. The blankets were a lovely touch . Neil was happy to help with any query we had also.
