A very convenient location, and surprisingly quiet given it is so close to a pub. Really easy to get about Brighton from here by foot.

- very clean and nice ground floor - bathroom and kitchen facilities good - location very convenient near station - had all needed amenities eg toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, bath and shower, speaker

- bedrooms dusty, particularly around the bedframe which affected my allergies and asthma throughout the night so we needed to hoover
